@emilapedia @rexglacer I cannot even describe how bad this is. Why do I always get the messes to clean up? A design consultant is hired by the Feds to act as a rep for the FN, and make sure that the work is constructed as per design. They are qualified to do this - but when they don't do the job...
@emilapedia @rexglacer And someone steps in to do it, without having the qualifications to actually legally sign off on a project (with the bonding and insurance company) - how does the GC get paid? How is the bond released? Who fixes performance issues? Warranty - does it kick in? It is a breach.
@emilapedia @rexglacer Who verifies to Treasury that the funds were certified, and applied as per the funding agreement initiated? Who looks after the greater good of the FN, and the taxpayer?
