Kerala has a rich history of embracing the modern medicine and health care from early 1800s even at the times of Travancore Maharajas.

The democratic Governments ruled Kerala improved this system and made Kerala one of the best health care.

I just made a comparison of confirmed cases, tests done, % of confirmed cases wrt tests done & tests done per million of population between 4 major South States and Maharashtra.

The data is quite revealing!

PS: Telangana is shy of giving the number of tests done, even after repeated requests from the media and civil society.
Maharashtra done more tests than others, 25753 should be compared with 4 South States together 29149.

Their testing per million population is at 165 ppm, a moderately good number in comparison with all India figure of 95 ppm.

They detect 4.41% +ve cases, fairly representative

Don't get carried away with his call for curfew, claps or dia!

All those are he is testing whether the bhakts are still believe in magical cure!

Meanwhile, he even made everyone fall in line using the bogey of national duty while he demanded complete servitude & obseqence!
All States are bankrupt and they don't want to confront the Emperor, because they need Central Government help to tide over the crisis!

Of course, Emperor is more bankrupt than others, but he is holding the power to relax FRBM regulations, so States can borrow heavily

I have an answer about the figures they published till 27th. That is the last time, they have published total samples and total number of people!

We heard Kanika Kapoor tested second time on March 24.

But this is not matching with ICMR maths.

As per ICMR maths, it cannot be true
Just like Modiji's 8 pm and 9 pm, there is a magic number

890!

Yeah ..that is the difference between the number of samples and persons tested.

Look at this bulletin of ICMR dated 22/03

18,127−17,237 = 890!
