2nd page, 1st paragraph, you state "The Government will do whatever it takes to help you make ends meet and put food on the table"
This is a downright lie, no help is offered to those with the new start up companies in 2019 or those who changed jobs early last year.

You have instructed us to apply for universal credit. A system designed to force people into work because the money available is not even enough to pay the bills never mind put food on the table, you have decided not to update the T&C’s of universal credit,
So anybody with a partner still working or furloughed is deemed not eligible for the pittance available. Does this seem like doing whatever it takes?
I suggest you retract your original letter and resend an updated version which states the government will help those it deems
