@ken_eckerty $IGPK was an SEC filer before becoming a non-reporting Pinksheet stock. On 02/12/2020 (almost two months ago) $IGPK filed an S-1 registration.
S-1's are typically highly dilutive, however here $IGPK is selling a maximum of 4,583,18 shares at $0.0015 for $7,103.93

@ken_eckerty So *only* the dispensary on a revenue basis ($4.8M) is 4x the current market cap of $IGPK ($1.1M).
This assumes:
- $0 for the 9.5 acres of farmland in Lancaster, CA
- $0 for the 200-acres of hemp farmland in WI of which 160 acres are tillable

@ken_eckerty $IGPK's S-1 was filed two months ago. I feel its close to becoming effective. At that point $IGPK can reach out to institutional level investors for investment dollars -- probably in Preferred Stock.

@ken_eckerty In summary, I feel when $IGPK becomes a mandatory SEC filer, which it will be once the S-1 goes effective, the stock is primed to go on a massive run.
