🧠 Your brain listens and gives you excitement, spark of motivation, & energy
Like food it will rot if you don’t use it
....this is when it goes bad (pun intended)
This decayed withheld energy we taste gets interpreted as fear, worry, doubt
🔑 Multiple days of digesting these rotted emotions = Depression & Anxiety
🔑 It signals to your brain & body there is something to fear. Something is wrong. We are in danger
🆘 These behaviors are parallel to being in danger
Being afraid of what’s about to happen from an unknown enemy
> We misinterpret excitement when we don’t take action on what we said and hyped ourselves up to do
The opposite is to be EXPRESSIVE
Expressing that energy into actions we said we want to do
