Sharing a story I heard on TV, which I feel is quite relevant and certainly need to be pondered on. I had made some addition to the story in order to make it more interesting for consumption.

Once Emperor was travelling with his entourage and came across a Monk. Emperor dismounted his horse and bowed before the Monk.

Once the entourage started moving, one of the Ministers asked Emperor - 'O Rajan, you being Emperor, why did you bow in front of a lowly Monk?'

Emperor just looked at the Minister and moved on while giving a small enigmatic smile. Minister was confused abt the smile, but he can't force an answer from Emperor because, well he's Emperor!

Next day, Emperor called the Minister and issued an order as follows:

'Bring me head of Goat, Tiger and Human'

Minister was taken back by the order (esp. the last one), still he went ahead to perform the task.

On the same day evening, Minister came back to Palace having fulfilled the order. Emperor inquired on how he acquired the heads. @ibishwal

Minister explained as below:

'Goat Head - I got it ahead in the street just around the corner

Tiger Head - I negotiated with a hunter and bought it for exorbitant price

Human Head - Had to wait for some time and at last I saw ppl coming with a dead body. @Lost_History1

After lot of pleading and cajoling, I managed to buy this man's head'

Emperor smiled and issued another order as follows:

'Go, sell these heads and bring me the price they fetch.'

It took two days for the Minister to return to Palace and when he did, he still had Human head with him. Upon inquiry, this is wht Minister replied:

'Goat Head - I was able to sell it to the same man who sold it to me earlier

Tiger Head - I came across a collector who was excited to add Tiger's Head to his collection

I was able to sell both animal's Head within few hours of leaving Palace and for fair price. However, since then I'm unable to sell Human head.

Even the family members who initially sold the head to me refused to take it back - even at a discounted price or free of cost.'

This time Emperor laughed out loud and said to Minister 'Man's mortal remains becomes worthless after they die.

While Goat and Tiger were still useful to someone in one way or other.'

Emperor continued 'This is what will happen to you and me tomorrow, irrespective of who we're now. A Man's value depends on wht memories he has left behind and the principles with which he lived.'

As mentioned in the beginning, under current circumstances, I feel this story is relevant.

Let's all ensure to create good memories for ppl around and not be disparaging towards each other.
