THREAD: 1. Man refuses interview with journalist fairly putting claims to him or to answer questions. Man’s lawyers instruct journalist to destroy their own letters to her. Journalist gobsmacked at that one. Journalist doesn’t destroy letters. Man charged by police. 
2. Man says he’s returning to clear good name. Man then exercises legal right to remain silent. Wealthy backers stump up for QC. QC barbecues man’s accuser. Man stays schtum. Accuser convinces jury. High Court deems jury must be irrational. Cheerleader granted audience with man.
3. Fireside chat with cheerleader played before blacked out report could be released. Blacked out report on, among other things, Royal Commission’s findings on what exactly man knew of one of nation’s worst paedophiles. Who was, like man, priest in church which *preached* love.
4. Report concerned decisions by Bishop after meetings with man (&others) to move priest to ever more parishes to ruin little kids’ lives by raping them. Some grew up only to suicide. Report found Bishop knew priest was abuser & didn’t lie about this in meetings attended by man.
5. After chat w cheerleader ends, after man alleges fanciful notion it’s all cooked up by diabolical national broadcaster, newspaper splash in tabloid which employs cheerleader says new investigations by police of man for historical matters re child. Must be ABC conspiracy. 🤷🏻♀️
WATCH: For avoidance of doubt, these are kids impacted by meetings with Bishop that man attended. They’re all grown up now. They don’t have the assistance of cheerleader, his shouty mates & their megaphones. They’re just living with a lifetime of pain.
