Well, if you thought you can learn and master derivatives, options and futures within a day or two workshop - you are wrong obviously. But if you have the patience to go over these three books and learn practically as well - with whatever you learn from them by observing,
you'd do much better than if you were to go through a workshop costing 50k or 1.5L or whatever. Save your money. Spend 1000-2000 on these books if need be (you can easily find them online for free) and put in the work. No two ways about it.
NOTE: Natenberg's book and Hull's book are the most recommended reading for many many traders/quants/analysts getting into hedge funds, sell side market making positions, etc. Goldman, JPM, Credit Suisse, Citadel, etc., mandate going through these books during training.
So, watch and observe the fno securities in the market every day if possible, at the same time strengthen your basics and develop a mastery over theoretical framework using those three books. You won't need anything else for life.
