But here are a few thoughts.

Kelly is running behind Hagedorn in several of his strongest counties, including his strongest county.

Will look at totality, but it shouldn't surprise if older voters lag.
Karofsky leads Kelly in Kenosha, a very important swing county. Hagedorn won Kenosha.

Again, I suspect the virus concerns hurt Republicans more, and also the fact there was a Democratic Primary.

Of course that matters, too.
Just for perspective and in response to another tweet:

Milwaukee County is nearly 100% reported.

Karofsky 120,425 votes
Clinton 288,986 votes

Kelly 55,029 votes
Trump 126,091 votes

Turnout isn't exactly presidential level, folks. Democrats did a much better job.
