Kenosha really tells the story in Wisconsin. Karofsky carrying 58.5% with 15,020 votes. Hagedorn won it with 52% and only 12,086 votes.

Trump won it in 2016 with 47.5% and 36,025 votes.

Cannot understate the importance of that county.
There's also smaller counties in which Kelly just isn't performing. Karofsky is carrying Jackson right now. Both Hagedorn and Trump carried that county.

That disparity does seem to indicate a turnout edge, too.
