Kenosha really tells the story in Wisconsin. Karofsky carrying 58.5% with 15,020 votes. Hagedorn won it with 52% and only 12,086 votes.

Trump won it in 2016 with 47.5% and 36,025 votes.

Cannot understate the importance of that county.
There's also smaller counties in which Kelly just isn't performing. Karofsky is carrying Jackson right now. Both Hagedorn and Trump carried that county.

That disparity does seem to indicate a turnout edge, too.

We will talk about Wisconsin on the show tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM EST.

But here are a few thoughts.

Kelly is running behind Hagedorn in several of his strongest counties, including his strongest county.

Will look at totality, but it shouldn't surprise if older voters lag.
Karofsky leads Kelly in Kenosha, a very important swing county. Hagedorn won Kenosha.

Again, I suspect the virus concerns hurt Republicans more, and also the fact there was a Democratic Primary.

Of course that matters, too.
Just for perspective and in response to another tweet:

Milwaukee County is nearly 100% reported.

Vs. 2016

Karofsky 120,425 votes
Clinton 288,986 votes

Kelly 55,029 votes
Trump 126,091 votes

Turnout isn't exactly presidential level, folks. Democrats did a much better job.

Holy cow the White House is running clips from January of the media minimizing the risk to coronavirus while he took action they criticized.

Epic.
This is the most epic takedown of the media by any anyone, ever.

Now clips of governors, including Democratic governors, praising Trump’s response.

Could you imagine Mitt Romney or any other Republican president fighting back like this?

No way.
Now they will cry they shouldn’t cover the press conferences anymore because “it’s a campaign event”.

These people remind me of those crybabies on the court who throw elbows the whole game, but when you finally hit them back, they run home crying to their mommies.
