The SEC charged (another) former Goldman Sachs executive, Asante Berko, who worked for their London office, for violating the FCPA in a bribery scheme to help a client win a government contract in Ghana to build an electrical power plant.

This Motorsich deal sure does appear to be what the withheld Ukrainian military aid was all about. The total aid amount of $391 million also matches up.

#China’s Skyrizon was trying to buy it & Motorsich was also suspected of illegally supplying parts to Russia.
Skyrizon is the CCP/China’s aerospace company.

Thanks to these anti-Trumpers, here’s a timeline and the dollar amounts of the aids which equal $391 million....same as in the article linked above. Ignore this article’s TDS and just compare timelines.
