I've gotta say the most frustrating part of being a #CriticalWorker during the #Coronavirus outbreak? Putting our lives on the line for people that hate us. Why should we risk our lives for people that call us deplorable racists?
These people are working from home, reading articles about how "orange man is bad" asking us to risk our lives while at the same time planning to vote for people that despise everything we stand for. Why should we do a damn thing for them?
They don't give a damn about the deplorables working on the front lines and the sure as shit don't care about the millions of people out of work. They have theirs and don't care what happens to people like us.
This outbreak has proven that the deplorables are way more important than the liberal elite. We are out there everyday working hard while they are sitting in their apartments drinking organic soy milk. Without us they would die.
They also want us to stay locked up forever. It's way more important to them that none of them die and they don't care if we end up starving to death. They want all of the benefits and none of the risk. They aren't doing their part.
I'm not saying that the #Coronavirus lockdown wasn't important or that we should end it right away. But I am saying that the elite don't give a shit about the sacrifice the critical workers and people out of work are making to help the elite who are working from home.
Though everyone is saying we are all in this together, it's the lower economic and social classes that are assuming all the risk. I'm not communist but there is no reason why only the elite are being protected. They should take some of the same risks everyone else is taking.
Or, at the very least, they can shut the fuck up, stop whining about #PresidentTrump and actually vote for people (ie Trump-like Republicans) who care about the critical people in this country.
