While Edina, MN has put police tape around playground structures, and St. Paul has shut down tennis and basketball courts (see ) Minneapolis permits one family on playground equipment, singles tennis, and shooting hoops with family.
In some parts of California, mask-wearing in enclosed spaces is becoming mandatory. I think indeed mask-wearing will lead to fewer blunt-instrument "everything is closed" lock-downs.
