I just don't understand. From the interview it sounds as if they have no plans to do anything further. And a lot of people aren't even covered by that. I'm sure they're clutching their pearls about the 'moral hazard' of payments, but people are already short of food
It's either incompetence, callousness (or both) or a calculation that because people will be desperate there'll be clamor to prematurely 'reopen the economy' and they can say they were only responding to popular pressure, washing their hands of mortality and other consequences
