Misappropriation of special education resources for litigation FYI… Thought to share that a SEAL has filed a complaint for fraud with the @SBCounty auditor. Law firms such as FFF are “vendors” being paid out of the county treasury in our county. In their case, the school board
never approved any litigation (the Brown Act requires the approval be at a public meeting) and in fact approved a settlement; so the argument is that any litigation was not authorized and is misappropriation of public funds. There is a button on the
link attached to file an online complaint in San Bernardino County, other counties may have a similar structure.
