As I sit in my little garden, all alone, the cool breeze tussles my hair gently, today’s golden Sun appears above the hills, the koel is singing.

Is she chanting the Gayatri? I wonder.

Today’s Sunrise is not yesterday's Sunrise.

The hues of orange and pink that nature has painted today, are different from yesterday.

The bird song has a different feel today.

To live a life of freedom and innocence, is to finish with the day when you go to sleep.

Sleep is a mini death.

Let all the experiences of yesterday die.

When you wake up in the morning, wake up to a new day, a new life, a new sun, the new single deep blue wild flower that has blossomed in the lawn.

Can you look at the face of the person you meet first as if you are seeing him/her for the first time?

If one can live this way, the old and the stagnant are washed away and life is always new, brimming with infinite possibilities.

This is true rebirth and it happens everyday.

Truly the joy of life is to discover its movement, not to be stuck in a ditch of your mind’s creation, not try to freeze the flow but enjoy its unpredictable movements.

Then you are a part of the river of life, my friend, flowing majestically along, breaking all barriers and enjoying the journey that is perhaps more important than even the goal.
