It's pretty sad that I have to say this, but apparently I do...again.

If someone writes a tweet or thread about a nefarious character, lying media or partisan and doesn't tag them in it, there's a reason for it.

I would highly doubt there's ever been any of the above who read-

a tweet or tweet thread about their actions and said, "well my gosh:
I didn't see it that way
or
I didn't think what I did was bad
or
I didn't know people were angry at what I did,

So:
I'm going to start telling the truth
or
I'm going to turn myself in
or
I'm going to alert...

the media to my actions.

Ever.

So if you see someone compose a tweet or thread about any of the above, and doesn't tag the perpetrator in it, there's a reason.

It means that person is trying to start a conversation amongst others or get a research thread going or just call -

attention to it.

When you tag the bad actors, the only thing, and I mean the ONLY thing it does, is alert the troll and shill army to come attack the tweet/thread/poster and muddle up any conversation that was to be had.

So please don't do it. It's not helping.
