As in, "younger normally healthier" people are supposed to fall ill much faster -is that what they say?

But it's fine with "younger normally healthier" individuals?
How do you know you're not contagious anymore if still coughing 7 days after a positive test?
Also discharging "recovering respiratory function/fever"?
"What to do if their symptoms worsen"?
What about "stay in hospital"?
