To begin with, you have none of the markers of metabolic syndrome, which are:
⬆️ waist size
⬆️blood glucose
⬆️triglycerides
⬆️blood pressure
⬇️ HDL cholesterol
Any 3 of those = metabolic syndrome
Any 1 = not 100% healthy
high exercise capacity
high muscle mass
low body fat
Not saying necessarily athletic, but well above average in these.
