What does it mean to be 100% healthy?

To begin with, you have none of the markers of metabolic syndrome, which are:

⬆️ waist size
⬆️blood glucose
⬆️triglycerides
⬆️blood pressure
⬇️ HDL cholesterol

Any 3 of those = metabolic syndrome

Any 1 = not 100% healthy
Besides those, someone who is 100% healthy has relatively

high exercise capacity
high muscle mass
low body fat

Not saying necessarily athletic, but well above average in these.
If you can check all these boxes, you're easily in the top 5% of Americans in health, maybe higher.
