Fresh air contains the "open air factor", thought to be ozone or ozonated hydrocarbons, that kills microorganisms, including viruses.

The factor is potent: single digit percent survival of some viruses when exposed to open air for 1 hour.

The open air factor operates both day and night, and the factor is rapidly deactivated when enclosed, presumably by reacting with enclosure surfaces.

This means that fresh air in your house can be an effective germicidal.
The open air factor may be the basis of the known effectiveness of open air in treating influenza.

Also of the known effectiveness of better ventilation in decreasing spread of infections..

Type 2 diabetes is all about fat in the liver and pancreas.

Decrease those and you get remission.

You have only about 2500 calories worth of carbohydrate storage in your body.

When it's full, the liver takes any carbs you eat and makes fat.

If that happens often enough, you get fatty liver and insulin resistance.
Solution: deplete glycogen (carb storage) and then don't fully replace it.

Deplete with high intensity exercise.

Then cut the carbs.

Of the 9 hallmarks of aging, half or more can be modulated by one factor: better insulin sensitivity.

Having good insulin sensitivity, and low fasting insulin, is arguably the best way to a long life free of chronic disease.

How to get good insulin sensitivity?

1. Good body composition, i.e. a relatively high amount of muscle, and a low amount of fat mass, especially visceral fat.

Anything that promotes good body composition therefore fights aging.
2. A diet of whole, minimally processed foods, especially one free of seed oils, sugar, and refined grains.

Ketogenic diet (very low carbs) has additional longevity benefit.

you can literally look up almost any ethnic clade on the planet right now along the lines of "genetic ancestry of the ainu" or "genetic ancestry of papauans" and find massive racial studies with NO political correctness (except their silence to expand upon things)

its not hard
just familiarise yourself with the terms and how the data is actually configured and layed out, usually they use similar structures

literally almost every ethnic group on the planet especially the really rare wacky ones have assloads of samples of their entire genome for testing
its really not hard and if you're unable to read a medical journal you shouldn't be on the internet please get off

So this cool thing came out the other day, which only means one thing. IT'S TIME FOR SOME VERY IMPORTANT SCIENCE ON TWITTER.
The tl;dr version of the article (which I recommend reading - it's very good and also concise) is that music and bilingualism can help combat the onset of dementia, with music seeming to edge out dementia in speed-of-completion in memory tasks.

Rawls 101. You should inform yourself more about liberal theories of justice.

Lot of left to liberal actual science on these issued from Lewentin to Richardson. Lot of STS people to the same stuff. People just don't have the motivation to refute the same bullshit all over again.
From twin studies, transracial adoption studies, heritability estimates to GWAS and GCTA, all have been covert extensively by left to liberal specialists of the subject.
