Is GP asking halper here if he knows Joseph Mifsud? I think he is asking him if he knows "Dr. Mifsud" and halper plays dumb. Ffs they even redacted the word, "him" to obfuscate. 
GP: "Do you know of a prof, on the flipside though, ah, by the name of Dr. Mifsud?
Halper: "No I don't know Dr. Mifsud"
GP: "Seriously? He, he was at the link campus in Rome...."
Halper: "No I don't know Dr. Mifsud"
GP: "Seriously? He, he was at the link campus in Rome...."
Feel free to disagree, but this is worth settling because if papad brought up Mifsud to Halper in the fall of 2016...well then its game on.
