PS/ It's such a basic bait-and-switch that it's a thing we see children do all the time: "prove" you're right by misquoting those who say you're wrong. That's all these people do—wildly misstate what the accusations against Trump were and whether Mueller's report considered them.
PS2/ Trump was secretly negotiating the biggest business deal of his life with Kremlin agents while promising Putin the biggest political/economic windfall imaginable: an end to sanctions for stealing 7% of a U.S. ally's land.

PS3/ You'll never hear Greenwald talk about bribery. You won't hear him talk about aiding and abetting or fraud. You won't hear him cite legal experts on the campaign finance issues. You'll see him focus on a before-the-fact hacking conspiracy *he and his buddies* dreamed up.
PS4/ Somehow I wrote a 500-pg. book called PROOF OF COLLUSION that never accuses Trump or anyone on his team of a before-the-fact hacking conspiracy. The reason is that the evidence we currently have doesn't point in that direction and never did—it's *not the case against Trump*.
PS5/ As Glenn is now largely followed by those uneducated on the subject of the case against Trump, all he has to do is *repeatedly misstate the accusations against the president* to "prove" that the accusations haven't been substantiated. He's having his own little conversation.
PS6/ And one thing you'll certainly never hear Glenn do is quote p. 10 (vol. 1) of the report, in which Mueller concedes that he lacked a great percentage of the evidence he wanted and needed *because Trump and his people lied and withheld and stonewalled and destroyed evidence*.
PS7/ And you won't hear Glenn discuss the ten slam-dunk cases of obstruction in the report. All you'll get is the sort of lame rhetoric no one who reads him has the capacity or knowledge to call him on: lying about what Trump was *actually* accused of in the media and by lawyers.
PS8/ The most I'll give Glenn—and it's more than he deserves—is that maybe 10% to 20% of attorneys agree with the novel reading of our campaign finance laws Mueller devised in order to spare Trump Jr. Of course, DOJ itself has since retreated from *all* Mueller's interpretations.
PS9/ One of the reasons more than twenty investigations were spawned by the Mueller Report, including many that Mueller referred himself, is that he acknowledged his remit was tiny and in *no way* covered all of the crimes that required investigation. Glenn well knows this, also.
