Of course many racist structures are at fault, not just those in medicine.
Yes, they work under horrible conditions & are bound to make mistakes.
It is reasonable to expect those mistakes will follow consistent statistical patterns regardless of race.
But the decision not to treat is the hospital's alone.
Racism is a verb. It exists in actions taken, not in the presentation of an overt racist identity.
It is even worse in indigenous communities.
Talk to scholars & other researchers who have studied health disparities between white people & POC, & have accounted for poverty.
