The history of social change is the history of movements just like ours working outside of electoral politics, using diverse & creative tactics such as civil disobedience, strikes & other means of “threatening power” to force change. 5/7
Consciousness-raising, movement building & direct action are the *real* agents of change.
We need left organizations.

NOTHING will be more important than having a powerful, highly motivated & energized grassroots movement to push the electoral process left & protect us from authoritarianism, cronyism & fascism, regardless of who wins the presidency. 7/7
