¿Cómo se comunicaba la Torre del Oro con el Alcázar?

Se sabe que la familia real utilizaba la galeria superior de la coracha que existía en el primer tramo hasta la Torre de la Plata, como tránsito desde el embarcadero hasta el Palacio del Alcázar.

Hay muy poca documentación de este tramo pero se conserva un dibujo (año 1608), a tinta y colores, de la coracha que comunicaba la Torre de la Plata con la del Oro, que fue realizado por Vermondo Resta (maestro mayor del Alcázar).

Este plano parcial de la zona de la Casa de la Moneda ó Corral de las Herrerías del Rey (año 1628), es complementario al anterior y vemos como enlaza la coracha con el resto de tramos.
