Mainly because you can tell fake NHS accounts a mile off and when you look at followers and tweet history you can discover a lot

and when asked by the account claiming that @DHSCgovuk or an agency working on their behalf were pushing fake accounts that had been deleted by the account owner a local NHS Trust responded
But of course if you want to promote and believe someone its only fair you understand the background to their tweets and history
Nd of course he believes that @YouGov are simply doing the tories work - grade A crankism
So I think on this occasion I, until the 'evidence' and I mean factual evidence has been presented I'm happy to believe the @DHSCgovuk denial
