When the WHO emergency committee debated whether to declare a public health emergency on Jan. 23, Chinese health data had been discredited yet Director Tedros @WHO used the data to delay declaring a PHE for another week. That delayed mobilizing public health resources.
Jan. 31 President Trump banned Chinese nationals from traveling to the U.S.
