1/ Frequency Treatment

I like to theorize on here but I need data & evidence.

After Q’s “Clear Your Mind” Drop I’ve seen posts about frequency therapy.

I hate that woo-woo shit.

So imagine my shock when I found NIH studies on frequency treatments successfully treating pain

2/ I’ll caveat my “hate” statement by saying I’ve seen a lot of “holistic” doctors do tremendous harm to their patients & fleece them by selling Hopium

But we know Big Pharma is evil too

So here’s a long but worthwhile NIH study I recommend

3/ I’ve often associated Musical Therapy with Psychological treatment.

Turns out frequencies can be helpful in a lot of ways.

Do research. Beware of charlatans and Hopium dealers

But apparently 40 Hz (or a low E on Piano) can reduce pain

Again - this is ***NIH***

4/ There’s more out there. I’d appreciate you geniuses doing what you do & finding more *legit* studies on this stuff (double blind/placebos needed, for example)
