First, it's worth being clear that it seems very likely there was no recent hack. The data dump is made up of creds scraped from past leaks, and carelessly done at that. vice.com/en_au/article/…
That's why, for example, the WHO file contains creds which have nothing to do with the World Health Organisation, other than containing "who" and "int". Someone just did a "find all" or similar and grabbed everything w/out even checking. 
One of the most widely shared links for the data belonged to usahackers(.)com, a blog which seems to have been mostly used for sporadically re-posting Wikileaks and conspiracy content. I decided to take a closer look. archive.is/OF7rY
Two Twitter accounts were involved in initially boosting this link, @.usahackers (now deleted by Twitter) and @.biohackinfo (still up as of right now).
Both claimed that the non-existent "hack" had been committed by an obscure "Christian militia" to prevent a Danish tech company from producing a tracking microchip on behalf of the Gates Foundation. archive.is/uhU2P
The Danish company supposedly targeted for this revolutionary tech is called Bichip and is connected to another company called Bezh. Oh, and apparently the whole show is run by a Satanist.
So to recap: an armed Christian militia apparently launched a non-existent hacking attack on the Gates Foundation, WHO and Wuhan lab to prevent a Danish Satanist from creating a revolutionary new microchip for Bill Gates to inject into people. Does that make sense?
No, no it doesn't, but let's move along anyway because:
Numerous other clues link usahackers to Bezh, perhaps most obviously that they said so right on the site back in 2005. web.archive.org/web/2004060408…
So here's where things get properly weird. Usahackers(.)com and Bezh are linked to multiple other sites, including one called enjavi.com, which is connected to a persona who goes by Simon Enjavi, Simon Sallyenjavi, Simon Sallienjavi etc.
I say 'persona' because I'm not certain any of these are the person's real name. Neither was the co-founder of The Satanic Temple, who had an internet bunfight with "Simon" and/or co. in November 2019. Yes, really. patheos.com/blogs/infernal…

This bunfight directly involved the Twitter account @.biohackinfo, which as you'll recall is also at the centre of this current viral outbreak of weirdness and which either "Simon" or an associate seemingly controls.
Part of said bunfight included Simon and co. claiming that a BiChip event had been cancelled due to threats from protestors belonging to "Christian groups in Denmark and elsewhere." The only reporting of this was on Biohackinfo's own site.
It's interesting to note that, according to locatefamily.com the phone number which "Simon" gave to The Satanic Temple belongs to a Dauglas Mallette.
There is a DOuglas Mallette who is CEO of Cybernated Farm Systems and seems to be a real person; a "Sally Enjavi" is listed as an advisor to Cybernated Farm Systems, and "Sally's" profile links to enjavi.com. Curioser and curioser. web.archive.org/web/2020042313…
So again to recap: either a Danish Satanist biohacker or someone pretending to be a Danish Satanist biohacker is pretending an armed Christian group (which probably doesn't exist)...
... committed a hack (which probably didn't happen) in order to stop a microchip tracking technology (which pretty much definitely doesn't exist) from being given to the Gates Foundation.
Why? I haven't the foggiest, and I don't think I could put it any better than, er, the co-founder of the Satanic Temple (a sentence I never thought I would be saying, but here we are):
This isn't even all of it. There's a whole sub-plot involving a cryptocurrency and the Kingdom of North Sudan, but it is late and this is probably far enough down the internet rabbithole for one day!
