@arianne_merez @pia_gutierrez @wddeguzman Lopez: We can give more incentives in provinces, compared to locators in NCR. Once those incentives are in place, jobs will exit from Metro Manila. Our Tax Reform program is already geared toward this. We are looking to provide more opportunities as well to MSMEs in the provinces
