The devotees have established that Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Deity is also Ruler as per Art 363 (2)(b) of our Constitution as part of the submissions made in Shri Padmanabha Swamy Temple case before SC
Keeping in view how Travancore Kingdom was protected in 1918 Spanish Flu appeal was made to SC to deliver the long delayed judgement (reserved on 10th April 2019) so that we fight #IndiaFightsCorona battle with Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Deity as our Ruler u Art 363 Constitution.
Our appeal to SC through Hon'ble PM @narendramodi ji has not resulted in the delivery of the long delayed judgement in Shri Padmanabha Swamy Temple case by SC even though a whole year has elapsed from the order being reserved on April 10th 2019.
With the SC failing in its duty to delivery justice in a timely manner at this crucial time of #IndiaFightsCorona battle what is the alternative ?
The devotee arguments based on documents available with central govt establishes with zero doubt that Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Deity is Ruler under Art 363 (2) (b). There is no need to await a SC judgement to accept this the Central Govt can do it on its own as per its powers.
Dear @narendramodi ji we appeal to not await SC judgement which is unlikely to come in time and have central govt act on above data so that we fight #IndiaFightsCorona battle with Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Deity as Ruler & emerge victorious as the Travancore Kingdom did in 1918.
