@IYRKRao Art 26 rights is the right of a Hindu Deity and when one exercises his Art 26(d) right on His behalf even as an Executive Officer from the Secular Govt the Master , Servant relationship changes as the Master is now the Deity and not the Secular Govt.
@IYRKRao Fortunate by grace of Lord Balaji and Tirumala that we had such greate Executive Officers and Shri @IYRKRao garu is one among them along with late Shri PVRK Prasad garu. This devotional mindset is missing in TN Executive Officers.

During the Chandrababu Govt, Amravati received political as well as financial patronage. Now, with Jagan Reddy being incharge of the state, the project is in shambles. World Bank & ADB pulled out of the project and the Government is looking for reasons to scrap it. 2/n
The bonds issued to support the financing needs of the project were subscribed by Franklin MF and Birla MF. The bonds are guaranteed by the AP Govt but it's not sure if the Govt would keep servicing the bonds. The risk of lending to a state govt has again come to the fore. 3/11

Following the invasion of Tipu Sultan, the Travancore British treaty was signed in 1795, wherein Travancore was to pay the East India Company for military support

Balarama Varma, the reigning Raja of Travancore then had to sign the subsidiary treaty in 1805
Rs. 8 lacs per year. That was the amount that Travancore had to pay EIC as per the Travancore British treaty of 1795.

The King defaulted on the payments many times and the resident Col Macaulay protested. It was at this juncture that the revolt by Dewan Veluthampi started.
