So three months ago I made a start on my own cannabis vape juice & it’s finally ready to finish making! 😁

There are 3 different methods you can use:
Rosin Extraction - looks expensive

Vegetable Glycerine (short term) - looks like something out of breaking bad 🙄😂

Vegetable Glycerine (long term) - looks the easiest to not f**k up so I went with that one 😊

You will need...

Start by decarbing your weed, spread the ground bud evenly on a tray & cover. I do this in the oven at approx 115-118c for approx 22-25 mins, depending on the smell towards the end, when it smells yummy after 22 minutes I take it out, otherwise I give it the full 25 minutes 😊

Next put the ground up weed into the mason/kilner jar & add enough VG juice to cover it but so that it’s still thick & gloopy, you will be adding more VG juice every time you take it out to stir it so don’t be worried that there isn’t much VG juice in to start with 😊

Now for the really hard part, stick it in the freezer for three months! 😱

The recipe I’m using says to stir the mixture once a month adding a little more VG juice each time but it does also say that the more often you do it the more potent it will be, I stirred it once a week 😁 I found a butter knife did the job well 😊

After 3 months is up (you can take it out sooner but it won’t be as potent 🙄) take the mixture out of the freezer & wait for it to defrost 😊

That moment when a sieve becomes an essential item 🙄 trip into town, Morrisons don’t have them 😂 FYI make sure you have everything you need before you start 🙄

Once you have your sieve ready, pour the mixture through it into a clean container or bowl 😊

Most of the liquid will run through with a bit of a gentle stir but to get the last bits of VG juice out you need to apply a fair bit of pressure using a spoon or spatula, so make sure you have a sturdy sieve & some patience as it takes ages to get it all to run through! 😊

Think I might have pressed too hard 🙄 ickle bit of plant matter has gone through 🙄 Recipe says to use 4 layers of cheese cloth, I’ve used 3 but I’m planning on straining twice 😊

This might take some time! 😊 Time for a volcano while I wait 😁

I gave the mixture a bit of gentle assistance, being careful not to push the plant matter through this time 🙄😊

To get the last bit of VG juice out gather up the corners of the cheese cloth & give it a gentle squeeze 😊

Nearly there! 😁 Just giving it a second strain to make sure there’s no bits in it 😊

Finally done! 😁 All that’s left to do now is add some flavouring, I’ve gone with vanilla custard flavour 😋 & put it into bottles 😊 I put about 30 - 40 drops into 200mls but it wasn’t quite enough so I put a couple of drops in each bottle too 😋

The finished product 😊 homemade cannabis vape juice 😋 Takes ages but really easy to do & extremely potent! 😁
