Let me be perfectly clear here:

Just because the feds have said hospital policies should not put disabled people at the back of the line does not mean disabled people will automatically trust medical professionals to take that guidance to heart—especially given the inherent
Ableism associated with the medical field.

This might be shocking, but, many disabled people hold medically-related trauma, and the current state of affairs has turned our relational dynamics with the medical field on its head.

Because now disabled people are advocating for
Needs of many of the the same doctors and medical professionals that normally gaslight is about our bodies and symptoms.
