It’s almost as if Tone can’t bring himself to say that privacy matters.

But the @InstituteGC report spells out that it really does.

Fill in your own explanation for this disjunct.

However, I will say that — assuming Tone and his institute believe in the details they spell out in their report, highlighting the work of #DP3T privacy preserving efforts, for instance — it is very counterproductive to shove that aside and say “surveillance better than COVID19”
