Most timely published stats on acute respiratory outbreaks in care homes notified directly to PHE, which month ago were showing exponential rise - have for 1st time, been published LESS frequently - fortnightly, not weekly, since March, as I spotted here:
What we do know is that the outbreak data is notified by care homes on the form below, in yellow. And 2000 or so (not exact because you have to read the number off the blue box) were returned up until two weeks ago. Past few years this runs at 5-20 a week. Latest figs 600-800...
