Huge news here.

This means the end of football in France for Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 for the season.
The general assembly of the LFP will rule in May on how to determine the title, European places and relegation.

The only change to the table points per game would make would switch Strasbourg above Angers into 10th.
Table as it stands sees PSG and Marseille direct to Champions League group stage.

Stade Rennes get their first-ever Champions League season, entering in third-qualifying round.

However, Rennes would go straight to group stage if the place reserved for UEL winners isn't used.
Lille will go direct to UEL group stage, but LFP faces a decision over the other two UEL places.

FA Cup final: PSG v St Eitienne
League Cup final: PSG v Lyon

5th in Ligue 1: Reims
6th in Ligue 1: Nice

The Dutch gave the European place for the Cup back to the league.
Reported that France will look to start 2020-21 in August, but this creates huge problems for UEFA with PSG in QFs of 2019-20 Champions League (planned for August).

It will also cause issues over alignment of transfer windows, if other leagues and comps continue into August.
I'd expect PSG will be crowned champions, 12 points clear with a game in hand. Very similar to Club Brugge in Belgium (15 clear and champions subject to ratification).
As for relegation, Toulouse were 14 points adrift of even a relegation playoff, and Amiens 4 points off. Nimes were in the playoff slot, 3 points off Saint Etienne.

But Ligue 2 is tight. Will Ligue 1 promote, or will it follow the Dutch and cancel promotion and relegation?
And Lyon, of course, are still in the Champions League too. Apologies to Lyon!
As reported last week, France will consider three options.

1) Points per game (effectively the table now)
2) Roll back to the last complete round (27)
3) Roll back to halfway (surely not)

Top four is unaltered with each of these options.

Worth also adding that with all three of options, there is no guarantee there will be promotion and/or relegation.

Ligue 1 could still copy the Dutch blueprint of no promotion and/or relegation. (though I would be amazed if PSG are not champions)
New from Noel Le Graet, President of French FA:

Ligue 1 table as it stands will be final table.

PSG, Marseille and Stade Rennes to Champions League.

Amiens and Toulouse relegated; Lorient and Lens promoted.

All to be ratified by the League though.

Le Graet says he hoped to play the French Cup final and French League Cup final in early August, and start the new season on August 23.

He "hopes it will be possible" but no guarantee.

And UEFA wants to play three rounds of international games in early September (good luck).
Le Graet makes no mention of PSG and the title, probably because it's a decision for the League.

In most competitions, the FA runs the game and the League runs the, er, league.

So the FA can set rules for European places, but League manages the title and promotion/relegation.
This is a bit like Football Association chairman Greg Clarke coming out and saying what will happen in the Premier League.

The final say lies with the Ligue de Football
Professionnel (LFP). But it seems likely the current table will be the final table at least.
