I admit. My trust in GPs has taken a real knocking due to this issue of certification of cause of death on certificates.
We are in the middle of a public health emergency. Meticulous reporting that COVID is involved in death is important to stopping the risks magnifying.

It is utterly ludicrous to suggest that the age group, especially those with co morbidities, thus most likely to die from COVID were unlikely to become infected.
There was no rational basis for this statement.

One Wiltshire home that says COVID is being under reported saying it was likely brought into the care home via a hospital discharge.
Similarly another care home in Essex following which their have been seven deaths.

Despite Hancock saying that people in care homes can be tested a home in Portsmouth in says that they had a spate of high temperatures but only 3 residents were tested. All positive. All other residents refused tests.
Why? They were there swabbing. Why not do them all?

Those dealing with people receiving domicilliary support tell the same tale. Symptomatic. Sent home with a pneumonia diagnosis and a refusal to test.
How can that be rational or remotely OK?

God. It is awful. No PPE. Travels by bus to see one client after another. Minimum wage.
