Schedule of MOST pro traders
-The day starts with exercise/gym/yoga or other form of physical activity.Aim isin't to be as sculpted as Hrithik but to release endorphins & b active
-Over a cup of coffee or fruit juice,quick reading of something motivational
-Post this after getting fresh,time to have HEALTHY breakfast with some protein in it
-After this a quick scanning of stock list which one would have made prev morning,the point we would touch later in thread
-Trading begins,strategies deployed,profit/loss made & close
-Post that a new list for next day is made based on parameters set by individual traders
-Trade log is been filled(after extensive experience some profitable pros miss which is fine)
