They are a part of almost 70% Mutual funds allocation. But then the question

is why some banks like Bandhan,Yesbank,Indusind & RBL didn't perform much?
-Because several fund managers have reduced exposure in the above. Moreover some AMCs have even written off these from their books & some more might do it later.
-Now the question is why NIFTY went so up?

-WEIGHTAGE. To manage index, index managers need to make sure stocks with hweightage to be moved. Just to build the context, today 78% of NIFTY stocks remained + while 58% were green. And those wondering what DIIs did? Well see for yourself CPSE Index,all stocks i.e. 100% green!
-Why these moved?Dow?VIX?Nah.Mar 31st.FIIs not that keen but DIIs want to show a LITTLE higher NAVs for u lovely players.Since they knew they can't do much,hence emphasized on sectors which were worst hit :metals & CPSE. So some AVERAGING,NAV,Tax loss harvesting & maily MAJBURI.
-And those who have been following me for last few yrs could understand what I meant when I said about 31st March note on free telegram channel. I was planning to make a video on same,unfortunately voice not ok so dropped the idea. But since learning shouldn't stop,posted thread.
