This is an unusual story. Saudi and UAE accounts and news outlets are discussing the death of Fahad Buhendi in a Qatari prison. He is portrayed as a journalist and activist. What is odd is that his Twitter accounted was suspended in 2017 for supporting the Islamic State,
and he was reportedly detained (according to Al Wasat Newspaper who sourced @ZaidBenjamin5 ) back in 2017. It is unusual because Saudi press have criticised Qatar for supporting terrorism and Daesh, and are now not even mentioning the fact that a Daesh supported was detained 
Another interesting dimension is the strategic promotion of this news item. This graph shows how many retweets the 355 most recent tweets from @BBCArabic got. The tweet about Fahad Buhendi got 1035 RTs, while the average number of RTs was just 18. Clearly someone wanted this
message to go out, and the fact it was reported by the BBC was seen as a boon, and so promoted heavily.
