Here's what happened when I used #TheFarmBox #Jamaica Ltd. delivery service. 🧵
I reached out on Monday after seeing a complimentary post and realising it was possible to have home delivery. Within 20 minutes of my initial greeting I received a response. 👍🏾👍🏾
The representative was polite, professional and the conversation comfortable. I thought that the person to whom I was typing had the ideal personality to interact with people.
All questions were consistently answered quickly or within a reasonable time.

- the basic box is customisable
- final customisation cost would either be < or > basic price depending on -s or +s
- delivery time window set
- cash payment on delivery
- service available for Spanish Town and client's asked to meet reps at a central location
- items individually packaged for transport
- items mentioned to be local (except for garlic and apples)
The order was finalised and bill amount given. The scheduled delivery date for my location was initially set for Friday. There was timely notification of changes to the schedule (changed to Thursday) and the delivery window reverified.
It was agreed that directions and address would be given closer to the delivery time and reps would call when nearby. I also requested and was told whom to expect.
The delivery was in the early part of the agreed window, perhaps a nod to my not being 100%. The exchange was smooth and fast as the order was pre-packaged. I didn't have exact change and so there was bit of scrounging for change. No biggie.
I provided my own containers for the transfer. Items were transported in crates. The delivery reps were efficient and professional.

They and I wore masks, observed #SocialDistancing and I observed the use of sanitizer before my order was unloaded.
My order was customised and all items were received. The quality was good and all items fresh.
Recommendations

- consider having extra products on hand for the ad-hoc customers
- have a catalogue of additional items that would possibly be on offer
- have change handy for the sticklers who would wish to have their EXACT change

Clients
- have exact change on hand
Conclusion

I would recommend and again use #TheFarmBox #Jamaica Ltd's services. In fact, before the delivery, I had forwarded their contact details and flyer to select persons in my network. 👍🏾
