Ayurveda (from Charakha, Sushrutha, Ashtanga) , that part of science which deals with our life, health, diseases, infections, diet has been a lost glory to be revived. Why eating of Partridge or certain other creatures too was explained in them. 1
From the time Edward Jenner made history in 1796 when he gave a patient what became known as the first “vaccinia vaccine”- a vaccine made from the cowpox virus to modern day antitoxin vaccination has been used to trigger immunity against specific antigens. 2
It helps produce immune cells in children as they grow up and till they reach late teen. So, the need to immunize early. given in booster doses as per the age and the toxicity level that a person can withstand. Another way is to go for herd immunity to the antigens. 3
If Vaccine has helped curb the epidemics, increase life expectancy and the quality of human life and ofcourse boosting the healthy population thereby health and economy of the country, why are antivaxxers rooting for it? 4
What are the chemicals that go into the making? From Seizures to RNA mutations to headaches have been recorded in some cases. Pharma companies milk the common man. So,What is a safe drug, antitoxin, antibiotic, vaccine? Then why vaccinate, why take antibiotics at all? 5
Even a humble paracetamol taken over a long period of time can cause damage to organs, yet we take them. There is no drug without side effect. The questions are : Do we want to increase human life expectancy? Improve the quality of human life? 6
Or do we want to depopulate thru’ herd immunity? What abt the big pharma business?Is vaccination good for mankind-short term and long term? What are the choices before us? These are the questions we need to answer. Till such time Edward Jenner’s vaccine therapy rules the roost. 7
