Reade had said she filed a sexual harassment report, but never filed anything about an assault.

Now:
WASHINGTON (AP) — Tara Reade ... says she filed a limited report with a congressional personnel office that did not explicitly accuse him of sexual assault or harassment.
The issue of the records at the University of Delaware is about a sexual harassment complaint Reade had said she believes would be there, but which Biden says wouldn't. Biden yesterday asked for other records to be released. Now Reade is changing which records she says there were
Reade told AP "she filed an 'intake form' at the Senate personnel office, which included her contact information, the office she worked for and some broad details of her issues"

In podcast she did w/Katie Halper, she said she went to an office in Rayburn (on the House side)
"According to a transcript of her 2019 interview with the AP, Reade said: 'They have this counseling office or something, and I think I walked in there once, but then I chickened out.'" apnews.com/aec7beb03e9e0e…
given Reade's latest comments, question presented about the University of Delaware records is:

would Biden's Senate office would have had or preserved a copy of a contact form filed in another office which did not include information about sexual harassment or sexual assault?
two comments on if any personnel records would have been preserved in a Senate office:

they weren't for Obama's -- and he was president-elect by then:

they weren't for Teddy Kennedy's -- and he had some well known issues w/women:
Reade told NBC on Saturday: “I filed a complaint re sexual harassment and retaliation but I am not sure what explicit words on that intake form until we all see it again.” nbcnews.com/politics/2020-…
By Reade’s standard to NBC:
-she doesn’t know what was written in complaint that she’s not sure where she filed
-she feels sure it is in a closed archive & once found there, she will know what her complaint was & where she filed it
-she knows a record wouldn’t include assault
Biden asked National Archives and Senate to release any files. He said he would not open his own archives, but insisted there’s no file there.

Since then, Reade has said that the harassment complaint didn’t mention harassment, was an intake form, and she’s not sure what it said
So at this point, accusation of assault & push for Biden to open his records at the U of Delaware are essentially operating on separate tracks. Whether or not an assault happened, Reade is now saying there’s no official complaint that could substantiate her claims.
