We know that in Italy they think that the hospitals became virus spreading hubs.

So in Bristol they are testing 130 healthcare workers twice weekly over 3 months and monitoring them for symptoms.

In Groningen in Northern Netherlands that has approached COVID differently than elsewhere in the Netherlands they monitored those who worked in healthcare & discovered a fifth of those who tested positive never developed symptoms.
