For me, EBM = the answer you give when patient(s)/public ask(s) "Why is/was this part of the decision?"
Disliking your answer(s) to that question doesn't = "EBM doesn't work"

Any discussion on the myth of “EBM=RCTs” can’t miss this:

What I love about “EBMers” (ie - people who want to best answer the patient/public question at the start of this thread), is they are their own worst critic.
