What were your biggest takeaways from Berkshire's annual meeting?
Buffett on the Louisiana Purchase; ”Don’t sell the mineral rights.” 
on the FDIC effectively being a mutual insurance company; is there an example of a US government backed entity demutualizing? (the mortgage GSEs?)
selling is easily the most difficult thing to master as an investor, & one part of Buffett's outperformance is focus on buying things he will never have to sell; however, when ready to sell, says he rips off the band aid as fast as possible: "we dont trim positions"
is there such a thing as a "luxury" product & customer in a B2B setting?
on the capital intensity of a business
a few of my own:
1) inflation coming
2) debt issuance rel to productive assets = unsustainable
3) hard assets supported by regulatory pricing ability = best way he knows of to surely capture benefits of inflation for equities
4) organic reinvestment opportunities have increased
