What you’re witnessing in this video is a breakdown in social order.

People are openly challenging authorities. Political and law enforcement authorities.

These people are the most vulnerable. They have been hit the hardest financially.

They perhaps haven’t paid April’s rent, never mind May’s. They’re afraid of becoming homeless. They can’t buy food because the $1200 one time cheque isn’t enough to sustain them to get through the pandemic. Food banks are drained of resources.

They’ve been fed an unending stream of disinformation and propaganda, facilitating doubt in the experts & Democrat Governors and mayors, as well as critically thinking Republicans efforts to protect them from disease & death.

Trust in leadership has been destroyed.

People are panicking and desperate to acquire the necessities to protect themselves and their families. They are demanding to be allowed to provide for themselves and their loved ones the only way they know how; working for a wage.

Their choices are impending starvation, homelessness or risking their lives to earn a paycheque.

This is societal collapse.

Exactly what I said Trump was aiming to achieve.

It won’t be long before it gets really violent.

How terrified & desperate they must be?! 😢

It’s painful to watch. It’s probably a lot more devastating to experience first hand.

How did this happen?

Was it by design? Was this an expected outcome? Sadly, the result was predictable and unnecessary.

Many many decisions have led to this outcome. Years of decisions that have created catastrophe and chaos.

Years of propaganda and disinformation. Undermining trust in American institutions, scientific research and knowledge, liberalism and humanism.

Years of obstructionism from the far right to prevent aid from reaching the middle and low income families.

Endless wars that are never won, but cost trillions, saddling the federal governments with debt and preventing them from providing assistance to survive the pandemic.

Huge federal tax cuts for the 1% that limit available govt revenues.

Many US states have adopted balanced budget legislation and can not acquire debt to assist their population’s most vulnerable.

Years of indoctrination in paleolibertarian beliefs and values have been hammered home across every generation and every social strata.

“God helps those that help themselves”

“Govt isn’t responsible to provide social supports, families and faith institutions should”

“Poverty is a sign of laziness and immoral lifestyle choices”

“It’s theft to tax the wealthy to redistribute to the poor”

“Help the impoverished and they will get too comfortable living off the public trough. Welfare bums and Welfare moms”

It’s no wonder these people are desperate to get back to work. They believe it’s the only solution to resolve their sudden misfortune due to the pandemic.

They can not see the forest through the trees.

These desperate people are blind to alternative solutions, because they believe wholeheartedly that socialism is evil & wrong. Liberalism has been sold to them as akin to selling your soul to the devil and is unthinkable.

You can hear it in their rhetoric. They don’t want help from the federal, state or municipal govts. They want to get back to work and provide for themselves and their families.

So desperate to survive, they’re denying the existance of a deadly pathogen to make money to live.

These beliefs and values are also being promoted in Canada by far right paleolibertarians. Several organized demonstrations have sprung up across Canada. Conservative politicians use these demonstrations to build populist support & public pressure to relax the lockdown.

The reason they give is so people can get back to work.

Notice the same rationale as Trump gives by encouraging public demonstrations (getting back to work). But Canada has different circumstances. While imperfect, the CERB & supports for businesses helps weather the pandemic.

Canada does not have vast numbers of people facing starvation and homelessness. The federal govt has gone above and beyond to ensure people, families and businesses have financial support. It’s not perfect. There are gaps. But the federal govt is willing to plug those gaps.

However, a similar strategy has been used in Canada. A plethora of disinformation in MSM, con politicians toxic rhetoric, Rebel coordinated with Fox News. All broadcasting propaganda meant to shift public support to go back to work. To increase populist pressure.

You can recognize the pattern easily:
*undermining medical experts
*calling national loyalty into question of Asian heritage CMOH
*accusations of pandering to CCP
*accusations of incompetence of federal response
*insistance that other jurisdictions (US) are doing better

*implying shut down of travellers from China would have reduced the viral transmission in Canada
*bemoaning the size of the debt being incurred to support the population
*the devastated economy “must” resume immediately
*ignoring expertise of Canada to approve drugs & treatments

*refusal to address those flouting self distancing and protesters
*refusal to enforce safety regulations for pandemic
*keeping unsafe working environments open
*rhetoric undermining self distancing requests by local medical officers
*claiming power overreach of federal govt

Viewed together, it’s obvious far right paleolibertarians are attempting the same social collapse in Canada.

The public holds the power to hold our politicians to task.

While Canada maintains far greater social cohesion, there are efforts to divide and descend into chaos.

Chaos is when oligarchy cleans up and buys everything for pennies on the dollar.

Just look at result of 2009 financial crisis for evidence.

They want chaos & for hospitals to be overwhelmed. They don’t care if innocent people die.

To them, it’s all about the money & power.

Wake the F up Canada!

Canada is not ready to relax pandemic restrictions. The experts have stated as much. The only thing that will happen is exacerbation of the spread and a longer self isolation period.

Speak now. People are being sacrificed. It’s inhuman what is happening.

It’s inhuman to allow it to happen without trying to stop it.

If essential workers are our heroes, we need to protect them from power hungry paleolibertarian who are encouraging the public to demand lifting of restrictions.

Direct democracy shouldn’t inform pandemic policy.
