Ventilators were death traps. [50-80%+ died]
Need NIV *non-invasive ventilation* equipment instead (CPAP, BiPAP 4 HFNC High Flow Nasal Cannula & HFOT High Flow Oxygen Therapy) combined with early treatment with HCQ combo & therapeutics. No (min.) deaths. Preventing deaths is #1.
Note: The humidifier attached to the CPAP or BiPAP machine can deliver a therapeutic, the only known way to effectively, yes, "bleach" the lungs, as the virus can't survive in the presence of H202, dropping the viral load & putting out fire @ same time.

@JustinTrudeau @BorisJohnson please share with the world. 👆BC Cnter for Disease Control now strongly recommends NIV noninvasive ventilation w CPAP-BiPAP, progressively if/as needed, HFNC high flow nasal cannula HFOT high flow oxygen therapy for #COVID19

I was wrong that it must be delivered by CPAP & BiPAP machines. However, some of those machines can deliver HFOT, with the addition of pressure & volume regulation, so the premise is still correct. BiPAP would work best for serious RDS. Only on failure of NIV should vents be used

Effective Treatment/Alt Patform for #COVID19 RDS onset.
Given the death rate with Ventilators & Intubation (50-80%+), why are we not hearing more about NIV (Non-invasive Ventilation) such as CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) & BiPAP? (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure)?
Presently, with some exceptions, in an effort to try to avoid Ventilation use (knowing the stats & outcomes) hospitals are "proning" patients (turning them on their stomach & sides) while a very FEW but more & more every day, are using this.

@ScottAdamsSays Re: testing. Once tested they isolate. Results come back in 48 hours (could it be reduced to 24 hr turnaround?), but with POCT&T (&/or rapid turnaround) point of care testing & *treatment*, if within 6-8 days of symptoms, the HCQ combo can reduce deaths by over 90% from all info.
@ScottAdamsSays So while it's right to say that unless it can move into sentinel asymptomatic testing, en mass, this doesn't contain or address spread, it does step right down on the rising death count # & hospitalizations, ICU admissions, intubations, & deaths rendering the spread issue as < .
@ScottAdamsSays Setting aside the ability to prevent hospitalization & death by ventilator intubation (50-80%+ death rate), Bill Gates is correct that mass containment by current testing set up isn't possible (don't know if it's a laughing matter).
Thus, for a worse virus - we'd be snookered.

While analysis of the backbone structure proves that it's not manmade, doesn't mean it wasn't isolated from bat dung in the lab, & modified with a protein for human2human transmissibility. Fauci's NIH studied it in US b4.

@RudyGiuliani @nytimes By saying that there's no evidence that it was *genetically* modified, doesn't mean that it wasn't modified, once evolved in the bats. That's a red herring too.
