Since folks are asking about setup:
* A Sony a6600 and some lens that's not crap
* A tripod
* A glass teleprompter setup
* A cheap dedicated iPad I've named Yell-A-Prompter
* An Elgato Camlink 4K
* teleprompter software; I settled on "Teleprompter" which has a descriptive name.

* an Elgato streamdeck I haven't figured out how to use yet
* A synco shotgun mic (I use a RE20 for podcasting)
* A DBX286s preamp
* A Focusrite Scarlet USB bridge
* a dedicated Mac Mini to drive all of this
* a Luna Display to screencast to the iPad for video work

* an Airturn Duo BT200 to work the prompter in handsfree mode
* 2x Moman LED light panels

I'm contemplating upgrades to the mic boom arms so I don't have to keep switching back and forth.

This may seem like stupendous overkill until you remember that I have a media business.

The thing folks miss the most about corporate webinars is to make the content actually GOOD. All of this gear is secondary to that. People will watch crappy video for good content; the inverse isn't true.
